We feel that our skills, experience and expertise can be of value to our clients more so over the medium-term rather than a short term, one-off, project since we treat consulting as a cumulative process rather than a big-bang event.

We think that management-consultancy is just as much about making the right prognosis and recommendations as it is about implementing and FENCI offers the full range of consultancy services namely ‘Prognosis’, ‘Advice’ and ‘Implementation’.
