Our client, a leading multi-service provider operating in the retail, tourist, commercial letting and property management business, is seeking to strengthen its Customer Service Department.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

 

We are currently seeking to recruit a Customer Service Executive to assist Management with the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Function.

 

Championing a culture of service excellence, the selected candidate will be expected to contribute  to the leadership and motivation of the existing team of customer service professionals, ensuring that excellent and meticulous service is being given to our guests at all times.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·       Ensuring employees provide excellent service that exceeds guest’s expectations;

·       Coaching employees effectively to drive performance and customer satisfaction while holding people accountable and documenting as necessary;

·       Planning, executing and monitoring improvement measures in response to feedback from the quality management system;

·       Liaising effectively with other departments, key stakeholders and service providers.

 

Requirements:

·       Demonstrate a passion for customer service and personal qualities of integrity and confidence;

·       Ability to interact at all levels of the Company’s organisational structure and demonstrate leadership in achieving Company objectives;

·       Capable of managing different categories of employees and customers and deal effectively with conflict;

·       Be able to monitor employee capability and performance whilst identifying employee’s individual training needs.

 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service coupled with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a direct customer facing environment.  Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to successfully manage a team, administer discipline demonstrate decision making skills and problem solving techniques is essential.

A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
